4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to water and electricity (if required).

  • Ensuring all windows and doors are closed before service begins.

  • Removing items (e.g., decorations, vehicles, furniture, potted plants) from the work area.

  • Informing Waypoint Pressure Washing of any known material concerns (e.g., sensitive paint, loose siding, prior coatings).

Waypoint Pressure Washing is not liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow these guidelines.

5. Cancelling and Rescheduling

We understand plans change.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee to cover lost time and scheduling costs.

  • Weather-related rescheduling will be coordinated at no additional charge.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.
Waypoint Pressure Washing accepts cash, credit/debit, and digital payments (as applicable).
Late or non-payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.

7. Liability Limitation

Waypoint Pressure Washing LLC’s total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service performance or use of this website.
